Kings Forest Development

Kings Forest is a new development about 20km south of Tweed Heads near Kingscliff. It is made up of over 900 hectares of land with the potential of 4500 residential dwellings.
In May of this year the Federal Department of the Environment signed off on the development. State Government approval has already been granted, so we could see land for sale as early as late 2016 in a first stage release.
The plan includes residential, commercial and community use development. 300 hectares zoned as environmental protection areas. A shopping centre, two schools, and a golf course are planned for the area.
