HIA forecasting record dwelling starts for NSW

New home building in NSW is forecast to record one of its highest yearly totals in 2014. New dwelling commencements in NSW are forcast to increase by 13.9 per cent in 2014, following growth of 32 per cent in 2013, reaching a peak of over 50,800.
